Notes on Rates:
- A $50 postage deposit is required when opening your Mailbox. The deposit
is used for postage and materials to forward your mail and faxes. We keep a
strict accounting and notify you when the postage deposit balance is low.
- We will receive your Certified and registered mail and forward them to
you.
- All services are payable in advance by check, money order or credit card.
- Bad checks are assessed a $25 service charge.
- If you refer a new client, you receive one month's free rental.
- All mail is forwarded unless otherwise indicated.
- Service cannot be canceled except at the end of your pre-paid term.
- Contracts are non-refundable.
- We require the Mail Box Agreement and USPS Form 1583 signed, and clear
photocopies of photo ID and one other form of indentification to initiate your
service.
Terms
- All services are payable in advance.
- All mail is forwarded unless otherwise indicated.
- Be sure to date and sign your application and USPS Form 1583. We need a
live signature, no photocopies accepted.
- The subscriber is responsible for postage charges incurred to forward mail
to the subscriber.
